Separated letters addressed to (Dubai Financial Market, Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange) and concerned brokerage Company to open investor numbers for the company. The Partners’ in each letter acknowledge that that have authorized Mr.…………………………., to manage and sign off transactions related to Company’s account with brokerage company concerning purchase, sale, and transfer of shares to clearing, deposit or withdraw of money, issuance of investor number, name, and signature of each Partner.

Company’s Partners’ List (Partners’ names to be checked in Company’s Memorandum of Association and no separate list thereof shall be entertained if is found in Company’s Memorandum of Association)
In the event of Attorney, a copy of a certified power of attorney, duly signed off and valid, to be submitted with a copy of the Attorney’s Emirates ID
If the Customer is Inside UAE
Account should be opened at the Company or its branches, to sign off before the officer and to submit all documents required for this purpose
If the Customer is Outside UAE
To sign off account opening before the Notary Public in the country of his/her residence
To attest Notary Public signature in UAE Embassy in the concerned country
To attest the seal of UAE Embassy from UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The above applies to powers of attorney issued outside the United Arab Emirates.
